Argentinian Wine & Churrasco Drop-In
‘Drop-In’ on the 26th of March from 6pm for a casual and un-ticketed night serving serving ‘Churrasco’, an Argentinian style barbecue, of flank steak and chorizo grilled on the Green Egg with red and green chimichurri; Empanadas de humita and Empanadas de queso (corn and cheese respectively); a Parrillada de vegetales; and Papas asadas con albahaca (roast potatoes with basil).
March’s Drop-In will feature a carefully selected list of wines from Argentina, chosen especially for the night by friend, wine enthusiast and supplier Phil Crozier of Wines of Argentina.
Try as little or as much as you like, these and more by the glass and bottle.
